Falon Becker

Falon Becker is a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Rand Thompson Consultants with more than twenty years of experience in talent acquisition and executive search. She brings deep expertise across financial services, asset management, investment banking, technology, and high-growth organizations, with a particular strength in identifying and attracting specialized and difficult-to-find talent.

Prior to joining Rand Thompson, Falon held senior talent acquisition leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, where she partnered with senior business leaders on executive and professional hiring, workforce planning, internal mobility, and talent strategy. She later brought that experience to entrepreneurial and high-growth organizations, helping companies build teams and recruit talent across investment, quantitative, technology, operations, and leadership functions.

Falon approaches search as both a talent and business problem. She combines market intelligence, targeted sourcing, data, and emerging technology with a highly relationship-driven approach to understand what a client truly needs and identify candidates who can succeed within the organization.

Throughout her career, Falon has also been a leader in diversity and inclusion. She served as Global Co-Chair of dbPride, Deutsche Bank's LGBTQI employee resource group, and as an advisor to the firm's North America Diversity and Inclusion Council. Her work has been recognized by both Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank for innovation and contributions to diversity and inclusion.
