The firm wants everyone to be able to use this site, and says here what it has done and what to do if something is in the way.

Our aim
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That is a standard, not a finish line, and we check against it whenever pages change.
What that means in practice
- Every page can be read and navigated with a keyboard alone, and the current position is always visible.
- Headings, lists, tables, and links are marked up as what they are, so screen readers can announce them.
- Text and background colors meet the contrast the standard requires, and text can be enlarged without loss.
- Photographs carry text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Motion respects your system setting to reduce it. Nothing flashes.
- The site works at phone width and with the browser zoomed.
Forms
Every field on the contact and interest forms has a visible label. If a field needs attention, your browser says so in words at that field, and whether the message went through is announced on the page, so a screen reader hears it too. There is no puzzle to solve and no image to identify: the checks that keep out spam run without asking anything of you.
Booking a call
The booking calendar is provided by another company on the firm's behalf, and opens in its own page. If it is hard to use with your browser or assistive technology, call +1 (212) 758-6737 or email jmazzei@randthompson.com and the firm will book the time with you directly.
Documents
Where the firm publishes a document, it publishes it as a web page where it can, and as a tagged PDF where it cannot. If you receive a document from the firm in a form you cannot use, ask and we will provide another.
