Our client is a Global Investment Bank, on their behalf, we seek a mid-level Vice-President with Investment Banking experience who has excellent communication skills (written and oral), and has the ability to be effective working with Ultra High Net Worth clients, the firm’s Senior Management & Deal Transactors.

  • Primary responsibilities include:
  • originating and managing the flow of referrals from Wealth Management to Corporate Finance
  • originating and managing the flow of referrals from Corporate Finance to Wealth Management
  • managing all aspects of the US Relationship Management function (working closely with the Head of Key Client Relationship Management for Wealth Management); and other members of the firm’s Global Senior Management.
  • originating and screening capital market investment opportunities for private clients
The ideal candidate will:

  1. primarily focus on building the Corporate Finance to Wealth Management connectivity while embedded within Corporate Finance (Investment Banking Coverage, M&A, ECM, LDCM) to market the WM capabilities, source deal-related introductions by leveraging the M&A and ECM pipeline of mandates, source non-deal related introductions by leveraging the network of relationships that each investment banker has where there is an opportunity for Wealth Management.
  2. help source and evaluate investment opportunities for Wealth Management Clients from M&A, ECM and LDCM.
  3. work with the Group Relationship Management function to coordinate with top clients and prospects of WM.  This work would include developing the client relationship between GEC members and priority clients of WM, leveraging GEC to develop business, as well as “closing deals” with priority clients and coordinating client activity of GEC members to ensure better coordination across CB&S and WM.
  4. to originate of Corporate Finance mandates through Wealth Management relationships.
