The Conference Center Coordinator is responsible for the seamless execution of day to day operation of
Conference Center. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a high level of service excellence and
the ability to own the following key areas:
Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations for New York Conference Center
  • Actively manage conference calendar and resolve meeting conflicts
  •  Organize catering for client meetings and internal events
  •  Greet clients and assist with general requests
  • Oversee catering kitchen including restocking utensils, emptying coffee thermos, etc
  • Plan and facilitate after hours meetings/dinners and other special events/ conferences
  • Setup/ breakdown of portable AV equipment and partner with the IT Support Desk for larger
    meeting requirements
  • Reset Conference Rooms and ensure all supplies are restocked
  •  Provide back up support to reception

Preferred Qualifications

  •  3-5+ years of reception, conference or hospitality experience
  •  Proficient in as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  •  Detail-oriented
  •  Highly organized and efficient
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  •  Excellent judgment and discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information
  •  Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Friendly, positive attitude, team play
